New York's Beautiful Overlook - Hawk's Nest v515. My favorite spot in "Up State New York". As a child, I regularly went hear on my way to Ten Mile River Boy Scout Camp which is north of the Hawk's Nest, on the same route 97. We used to canoe from the town of Narrowsburg, near the Scout camp south to Barryville. I have not been there since 1983. Seeing this video makes me homesick. It is on the Deleware River just north of the tri-state border between New York, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey. The town of Port Jervis NY is just south of "The Hawk's Nest. What a view.
