Debating gun control in Congress - Forty-two Democrats are now co-sponsoring a bill to ban the high-capacity magazines like the one Jared Loughner allegedly used in Tucson. Joining Lawrence O’Donnell, Rep. Trent Franks (R-Ariz.) who says he wishes one more responsible person with a gun had been in Tucson that Saturday.
