Daniel Ward the first five million for a single and ten million for a couple are excluded under the estate tax. Medicaid p, Medicare and Social Security and Unemployment benefits have been protected. President Obama has scored a major win as long as the votes are there. The will of the American people during the November election has been heeded. The extremists have lost. Thank God!
