Conservatives have successfully redefined the term racist to only include acts of malice. Malice is a small part of racism. Institutional racism has always been both the largest and most pernicious kind of racism which ripples through the society through not just the economy but also through social and educational institutions as well as subtle and more obvious cultural values.
